What does SERVPRO do with all my stuff?

Large Pack Out After Fire

A fire in this Billings, MT home was put out by the wonderful firefighters in our community. Now that the fire is out the restoration can begin. There are two parts of restoration according to the insurance company, we break them down here:

1. Content Cleanup - Insurance covers the content in your home. Content is all the items such as clothing and furniture. Your kitchen is full of content that can be packed away and cleaned.
2. Structure Cleanup - The structure is covered by separate insurance and only covers the damage done to the home, walls, roof, etc... 

While all the content is packed out and being cleaned SERVPRO of Billings will restore the damaged structure.
